Fruit of Love Homestay, Vashisht – Manali

Vashisht is a tiny village in Himachal Pradesh located around 3 km from Manali. The village was once the home residence of the Vashisht sages who have surely blessed it with their spirituality and godliness. It is known for natural hot water spring and is heaven for nature lovers. 

This beautifully constructed mud-house is nestled in the middle of an apple orchard in Vashisht village. The homestay is not connected via road and that’s the beauty of it. An uphill walk of 20 min through the stairs from Vashisht Temple brings you here. The route is scenic and gives you the best views of surrounding areas like Old Manali, Shanag, Goshal and Jogni Waterfall. You can also see amazing views of Friendship Peak and 7 Sisters Peak from the homestay.

There are 4 spacious rooms for guests – 2 classic double occupancy rooms, 1 superior room with twin beds, an extra bed can be provided in this room and 1 premium room. It has duplex setting with 2 double beds and can accommodate 4 people. The interiors are a traditional Himachali mud wall and wood. You can enjoy the snow-capped mountains and the serene views from the large windows and balconies of all the rooms. Clean rooms, hot geyser water, great common areas and books and games to keep you occupied – you get everything here at a reasonable rate!

How to Reach

Bhuntar is the nearest airport located at a distance of 52 km. The best way to reach Manali is by the overnight Volvo buses that ply between Delhi and Manali quite frequently. From Vashisht Temple, there is a 800 mtrs uphill hike to reach the homestay.

You must try their Lahauli Brunch.
