There are organic agricultural fields, kitchen garden, organic mini dairy/goat unit and organic backyard poultry; so you not only can enjoy farm fresh organic meals but can also get involved in farm activities and learn organic farming. There are a range of indigenous crafts that you can learn while staying here like goldsmith craft, blacksmith house construction, carpentry, woolen craft, bamboo craft, local cooking, livestock raising skills.

Pant Nagar airport is located at 212km and Kathgodam railway station at 179km from Sunargaon. Bageshwar is well connected by motorable roads. Jeevan Lal Verma is the hosting volunteer tourists from across globe since 1988. He lives here with his sons, daughter in law, grandson and daughter. Jeevan is full of energy at his retiring age and is an inspiration. He is also involved in organic agriculture crop and vegetable production and runs mini dairy.
