The owner, along with his locally trained staff, personally prepares the meals for guests. Some of the signature dishes include mandua ki roti, jhanore ki kheer, gehet ka paratha, bhatt ka paratha, tadka dal, rice, roti, and a variety of mix vegetables. Guests will also be amazed by the selection of pickles, jams, and chutneys. A popular highlight is the sweet and tangy buransh squash, a refreshing drink that adds a unique touch to the meal.
