Rajaji National Park is an National Park and Tiger Reserve on the outskirts of Shivaliks, in the foothills of the Himalayas. It is spread across the area of 820 Sq km in three districts of Uttarakhand- Haridwar, Dehradun and Pauri Garhwal. The dense green forests of Rajaji National Park are home to vivacious wildlife right from fierce tigers, leopards and other countless species of plants, birds and mammals. One can also sight the uncommon Himalayan Black Bear in the higher reaches of the park. It is well connected by road and Jolly Grant Airport is just 44 km away.
