There is no direct train or flights to Mechuka, you need to reach Pasighat from where a one way road is there to Mechuka. You can reach Pasighat by flying to Dibrugarh, Guwahati or Pasighat. You can also reach Murkongselek Railway Station from where Pasighat is 36 kms.
