Hillside Harmony Homestay – Chail

Situated amidst the Shivalik range of Himalayas, Chail is a quaint little town in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. It is 45 kilometers from Solan city and 44 kilometers from Shimla and is known for its salubrious beauty and virgin forests. Located on the mountain top this is a perfect place if you want to stay with your group amidst nature away from the crowd. It offers a tranquil escape from hustle and bustle of city life, providing a serene and peaceful environment for guests to unwind and rejuvenate. 

There are 4 rooms for the guests- 2 classic double occupancy rooms and 2 family rooms with bunk bed for kids. Since the vehicle goes till the homestay and the rooms are on the ground floor, you can visit here with your entire family including senior members. Also it being pet friendly, you can bring along your furry family members as well. Well manicured lawn area gives you enough space to engaging in activities with your group. From the cozy interiors to the serene surroundings, every detail is thoughtfully curated to ensure a perfect retreat. Enjoy peaceful mornings sipping coffee on the porch, surrounded by lush greenery, and evenings cozied up by the fireplace. How to Reach

It is around 36 km from Shimla. The nearest airports are Jubbarhatti at 41 km and Chandigarh at 127 km. To reach Chail by train, you first have to reach Chandigarh or Kalka. Then take the narrow-gauge train to Kandaghat. Chail is well connected by road through Shimla, Chandigarh and Manali. Take a cab for comfortable journey. 300-meter Kacha drivable road to reach homestay.
