Kalpa is a quaint little town in the Sutlej river valley, above Reckong Peo in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Reached by a winding 7 km road up through pine woods and apple orchards from Rekong Peo, Kalpa is the base of few most beautiful treks of India. This charming homestay is located in the center of Kalpa village and is surrounded by apple orchids, green pastures & a serene view of the snow capped mountains. An easy walk of 10 min will bring you to the cozy paradise that provides one of the best views of Kinnaur Kailash peak.
There are two floors in the house; the first floor has 3 spacious guest rooms with attached bathrooms. Each room window has view of Kinnaur Kailash and snow-peaked mountains. Rooms are regularly sanitized and are fully equipped for the cold weather with cozy bedding and geysers in bathroom. Heater are also available on demand. The garden area overlooks the never-ending peaks and is ideal for chilling, yoga, and meditation. While staying here you can also enjoy local homely food.

The nearest airport to Kalpa is the Shimla Airport (231 km). You can also fly to Delhi or Chandigarh. Taxis for Kalpa are available from outside the airport. One can also take Government or private buses from the new and old bus stand of Shimla. There is a walk of 10 min from the road head to reach the homestay.
