Sangla is a picturesque little sleepy village in Kinnaur with breathtakingly beautiful views. With Baspa River flowing through it, Sangla is one of the the most beautiful valleys in Himachal. Sangla boasts of growing world’s best quality apples, Apricot, Cherry and Walnuts. This traditional wooden house is located by the side of river Baspa and is surrounded by apple orchards. You get an amazing view of Kinner Kailash Range from the homestay. It is an ideal place for those looking for a peaceful stay with a local family.
The host family stays on the ground floor and there are 4 spacious rooms for guests on the first floor with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. All rooms have an attached bathroom. In September or early October, the Apple trees are in their prime & ready for being plucked. There are some really nice nature walks close by where you can see the local wildlife. You can also go on village walk with the host to understand the life in villages of Kinnaur.

There is no airport or railway station in Sangla Valley. The nearest airport is in Shimla 230 km from the homestay. Regular HRTC and private buses from Shimla head towards Sangla. You can also hire a cab or drive.
