Located around 3 km from Manali, Vashisht is a tiny village in Himachal Pradesh spread along the mountainside above the Beas River. The village was once the home residence of the Vashisht sages and munis, who have surely blessed it with their spirituality and godliness. It is known for natural hot water spring and is heaven for nature lovers. Just 1 km from the Vashisht temple this lovely homestay is located in the heart of Apple Orchards, with views of Dhauladhar and the snow-capped Himalayas and the Beas is only 100 meters away. The Beas and Manalsu rivers and their confluence can also be seen from the homestay. The scenic beauty that surrounds the homestay adds to the overall experience, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

It is a four-story house with six spacious double rooms and two family rooms, all with attached bathrooms. The rooms face the mountain and river and provide exceptionally beautiful views. You can hear the roar of mighty Beas River right from the rooms. This location can also be used as a Yoga Retreat; separate space, facilities and trained yoga instructor is available.

How to reach 

Bhuntar is the nearest airport located at a distance of 51 km. There are Volvo buses that ply between Delhi and Manali quite frequently. The homestay is conveniently located just 2.5 km from Manali. You need to climb around 100 steps to reach the homestay.

Fresh home-cooked meals are served. They serve authentic Indian vegetarian meals. Non-vegetarian meals can be prepared on request. Locally grown organic ingredients are used for cooking. The dairy comes from the family cows. If you are vegan or lactose intolerant, please notify in advance. Arrangements can be made accordingly. Breakfast and dinner are provided at the homestay. Breakfast options include toast, your choice of egg, Paratha, poori sabji, etc., as per your preference.
