Both husband and wife are art lovers, love to host and meet new people and enjoy old hindi music. The house contains some of their art works done over the years. It is a delight to sit with them over the bonfire in the evening and share stories. They are assisted by a servant in their house who is a married boy from Chamba, serving the family for past three yrs.

Excellent comfortable place. Great place to be with family and friends. Personalized attention by owners makes it a worthy place to stay in Shimla.

Excellent place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The hosts are warm and take great care for your every need. The place is a cosy wood panelled home with every amenity, including a great wi-fi ( which I needed). Good for a single / couple or large family, as the ancestral house has adequate rooms. The location is next to the Summer Hill railway station; quiet and green. Its close enough to visit Shimla( we walked) , but away from Shimla's bustle. There's great home made food on request, which we enjoyed. Highly recommended.
