Located just 350 meters from the Kaza Bus Stand, this charming homestay offers a unique retreat. It is surrounded by the stunning landscape; nestled amidst towering mountains and beside the pristine Spiti River, which flows down from the majestic Kunzum Range, it serves as the perfect getaway for nature lovers. During winter, the area transforms into a picturesque wonderland. The breathtaking scenery and tranquil ambiance create an ideal backdrop for both relaxation and adventure.

The homestay is designed for comfort, and has 4 spacious rooms on the ground floor with one common western toilet and kitchen. The heart of the homestay is the inviting traditional fireplace called thap, and the dining area where guests can curl up with a warm cup of tea or coffee, basking in its cozy glow.

How to Reach

Since Kaza does not have an airport, it is accessible on road via Shimla throughout the year and from Manali mostly from June to Oct when Kunzum Pass is open.

The host family and guests will come together to share the inviting spaces of the dining room and sitting area, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all. This  newly started homestay where host and his family welcomes their guests to stay with them and to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Spiti valley. The host family is very humble, helpful & 24 hour available for the hospitality of their guests.
