140 km from Mumbai and 150 km from Surat, Gujarat, the homestay is located in Bordi village, Maharashtra. Known for its serene beaches and peaceful environment, Bordi is famous for its chikoo (sapodilla) fruits and celebrates the Chikoo Festival. It is also one of the largest chikoo cultivation towns in Maharashtra. The beaches of Bordi are calm, unspoiled, and characterized by black soil, offering a tranquil atmosphere. Our heritage homestay is just a short walk from the beach, allowing you to enjoy the soothing beach vibes at any time. Family-friendly and pet-friendly, our homestay welcomes all, including your furry companions like dogs and cats. The beautiful garden adds to the charm, creating a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation.

This heritage independent homestay has four classic rooms, all located on the ground floor, each with an attached bathroom and access to a common balcony. Two of the rooms are air-conditioned for added comfort. The rooms are well-arranged, neat, and clean, with all the essential amenities provided for a pleasant stay. In addition to this, the homestay also has a spacious compound with an outdoor sitting area. Guests can enjoy outdoor activities, relax in the fresh air, and spend quality time with their families in a peaceful setting.

How to Reach

Bordi is well connected by train and road. The nearest railway station is Gholwad and Dahanu. Express trains and shuttles do make stops here. Churchgate to Dahanu Local trains also are available. Do check the railway timetable for the same. From these stations autorickshaws ply regularly right upto the property.

By road the Western express highway from Mumbai leading towards Ahmedabad is the route to follow. Once on the road follow the Manor- Kasa – Dahanu- Bordi route, or travel ahead and follow the Manor- Talasari- Bordi route.

The host serves simple, homemade meals with a variety of options to suit all preferences. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, as well as fresh seafood, are available on a paid basis with prior notice. Start your day with a delicious breakfast with the options like Kaman, dhokla, Bread with butter/ jam, Poha, or Upma, complemented by a hot cup of tea or coffee. For lunch and dinner, enjoy seasonal veg and non- veg thali, all prepared fresh to meet your taste.
