There are 3 aesthetically-appealing spacious cottages that are made of all natural material. There are total 6 rooms for the guests, and each room can take upto 4 members. The open spaces are filled with books, paints and activities to engage your mind with happy thoughts. There is a meditation space, a paddock, farming patches, a grey water plant for recycling the water, a waste management set up, a swimming pool, an art gallery and a recreational center for guests to explore and chill in. The local villagers from Hatnoli are the team members that run the place and are native to the land. They look after the house keeping and farming departments. The stay is child and senior citizen friendly. It is also home to many adopted and rescued animals like goats, horses, rabbits and dogs and you are most welcome to visit with your pets except during the monsoons.
This is an artist collaborative space, where Indian and global indigenous and traditional knowledge is shared through stays, workshops and talks. The community consists of artists from varied backgrounds like yoga, theatre, visual arts, performing arts, traditional arts, farming, architecture and astronomy. If you are a group of more than 6 people, an artist will conduct an art or nature based session.

Homemade vegetarian meals are served that are prepared using natural and organic produce from their own farming patch. Pickles, papad and local chutneys are always a part of the spread. You can also enjoy eggs to order for breakfast. Vegan and Jain meals are also available on prior notice. Lovely comfortable rooms. Nice farm with vegetable garden, animals being maintained. Architecture students and art students would love it here. We just chilled out and read books. 📚 Sidhesh was attentive and made our stay very comfortable.

Amazing place for one full evening+ Night + next day morning Pros - Very close to Mumbai / Thane - Super tasty Satvik Food ( veg) cooked by staff - Kids Enjoyed the most being big lawn for playing - Swimming pool is quite big and in corner so can enjoy without any interference - Rooms are big enough for 4 with exclusive 2 big toilets / washrooms - Tower AC with 100% backup - A dome type structure with Shivling for prayer Best part was evening engagement program by professional artists.. when I stayed it was for pottery which started at 5pm n went upto 07:30 pm and so friendly artists they have that they engaged everyone in the family.
