Kolad, a picturesque village in Raigad district, Maharashtra, offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and thrilling adventure activities. It lies on the banks of River Kundalika and is 117 km from Mumbai on the National Highway no 66 its also connected to Pune via Kolad Pune-Kolad state highway. Nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the stunning Sahyadri mountain range, Kolad is a haven for adrenaline junkies. With its gushing Kundalika River, it’s an ideal destination for white-water rafting, kayaking, and camping. The farmstay is spread over 9 acres of farm of fruits. It is a ground plus 1 structure with 3 guest rooms all with attached bathrooms and a hall that can accommodate large groups. The fourth room is occupied by the host. There is a hall in the ground floor and an equally big sit out in the first floor and there is a meditation and prayer room as well. The terrace is close to 1500 sq.ft. with a provision for small amphitheater sitting. The focus of the farm is mainly exotic cultivation like Orchids, Gypsophilia, passion fruit, Acerola Cherry, Star Fruit and Dragon Fruit. The farm also have fruit bearing plants like Mango, Chikoo, Gauva, Jackfruit.

How to Reach

The place is just 118kms from Mumbai and 107 km from Pune and hence makes a prefect choice for a weekend break from these cities. It is well connected on road and the nearest railway station is Kolad at 7km from the homestay
