This cozy wooden cottage is located in village Shnongpdeng just 8 km from Dawki in Meghalaya. Settled just beside the clear Umngot River, it is a peaceful village and is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. The best time to visit is from October to March when the river is the clearest and water is a transparent, emerald- green color.  You need to cross a suspension bridge to reach the homestay located in the peaceful surroundings. It is ideal for people looking for adventure. Enjoy your meals on the terrace and in the evenings you can gaze at the stars by the light of a bonfire. Engage in adventure water sports like snorkeling, cliff jumping, scuba diving, kayaking, canyoning etc.

How to Reach

Umroi Airport is the nearest airport, which is about 113 kilometers from Shenongpdeng. The nearest railhead from Dawki is the Guwahati Railway Station, which is located about 170 km away. You can take buses or private taxis from the station or airport.
