This cozy homestay is located in Pernem, the northernmost subdivision of Goa that touches the Maharashtra border. It is bound by the Chapora River to the south and Tiracol River to the north. Pernem represents how Goa was many years ago. Most inhabitants in the area survive on the local land for farming and nearby rivers for fishing. It is a peaceful location away from the maddening crowd yet within a few minutes drivable distance to all popular places like Panaji, Morjim, Mandrem, Aramblol, Anjuna, Vagator and more. 

It a bungalow located in non-polluted riverbanks in the heart of the Pernem town. Surrounded by greenery, it is a quaint place just around 1 km away from a river. There are 2 floors for the guests, with 3 rooms on the first floor and 2 rooms on the second floor. Each floor has a bathroom. Host stays on the ground floor. It is a great place to chill and is few km away from all North Goa Beaches like Arambol and Morjim.

Mopa International Airport is the nearest airport at 9 km. The nearest railway stations are Pernem Railway Station (2km) and Vasco Da Gama Railway Station (56 km) from the homestay. You can easily find cabs or rent a self-driven car from there.
