Sawai Madhopur – Ranthambore

Ranthambore park is located in the Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan, and is about 130 km from Jaipur. With a wide variety of wildlife that you can see here, it is one of the best national parks for the sighting of Royal Bengal Tiger in their natural habitat. Ranthambore is a paradise for not just wildlife enthusiasts but also for photographers, nature lovers and history buffs. The dense tropical forest, grassy meadows, open bush land and rocky terrain interspersed with lakes and streams make its landscapes extremely beautiful. The Ranthambhore National Park also boasts of the heritage sites including the mighty Ranthambore Fort, Jogi Mahal and Raj Bagh ruins which are the reminders of glory of the Rulers of Ranthambore. Chambal River and Banas River flow from the two sides and many picturesque lakes like Malik Talao, Padam Talao and Raj Bagh Talao enrich the landscape of this forest.

Nestled in the foothills of Aravali, this homestay is 3 km from Sawai Madhopur railway station and is a perfect place to stay near Ranthambore National Park. It is neatly maintained by the team and provides the combination of warmth and comfort, with all modern amenities. There are 10 spacious guest rooms spread across two floors. Ground floor has 4 rooms and first floor 6 rooms. All rooms are with an attached bathroom. The solar water heater is available for the hot water. You will love the homely feel that it has along with the hospitality of the owner who has deep knowledge of the forest.

The nearest Airport  is at Jaipur at 175km and nearest Railhead is at Sawai Madhopur station located at a distance of 10 km. Rajasthan roadway runs many Deluxe buses to Ranthambore from major cities like Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Jodhpur.
