Spread across 11 acres of forests and gardens in Wargal, this award winning eco-homestay is just 54kms from Hyderabad city in Telangana. The estate is developed by the host with great care to create a biodiverse ecosystem on once rocky and barren land. Green plan was spearheaded by planting Miyawaki forests across an acre, followed by a fruit orchard, avenue trees, shade bearing and perimeter trees, a food forest and various curated gardens. This is a healthy eco friendly retreat, perfect for your weekend escape to nature as well as for those memorable family vacations.
There is a cluster of 10 rooms set amidst a man-made forest and mini lake. The rooms are at the ground level or with easy access of a few steps; there are rooms with wheelchair access as well. The homestay offers urban comforts in a rural setting with sprawling landscapes, forest, water bodies, green architecture and several other sustainable initiatives. Rooms are fitted to 5 star standards of comfort sans air conditioning as it is an eco space. Relax by the pool, chill in your room, take in the sights of the neighborhood from atop the lighthouse, play a board game in the game room, shoot some hoops at the basketball court- there’s plenty to do as you relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
If you are a fan of eco friendly structures, you will appreciate this place even more, as you admire all the structures built here using mostly soil from the same place, the Miyawaki forest around the periphery of the property, the rain harvesting pond which channels all the water from downpours, and several wonderfully repurposed everyday items which, instead of ending up in the scrap heap, are enjoying a second life as decorative items.

Kirti & Anand have over 3 decades of experience in the hospitality industry. This estate is their Ikigai. While their journey from urban to rural began 10 years back, they moved permanently to live on the estate in 2019. They converted a barren parcel of land in 2015 to a buzzing bio-diverse space and continued to implement various green sustainable initiatives like biogas, biochar, rain water harvesting, etc. The staff is from the village, and the hosts impart classroom and on-the-job training to enhance their skill sets. They also conduct Nature Walks and Workshops on wellness, art, pottery etc. for their guests.

Amazing property located ~1.5 hours away from Hyderabad airport. Amenities available to guests include luxury villas or tents, incredible food of all cuisines (e.g local biryani, fresh vegetables and fruits, pizza, burgers, idli dosa etc), infinity pool, games room, lighthouse with library and games, electric rickshaw to take you around the property, tons of nature (with a butterfly walk), and the cutest farm dogs. Hospitality at the property was 10/10 and we were provided with anything we could possibly want. The villas were incredibly clean and well stocked. We visited in the hot summer and all indoor spaces were extremely cool and comfortable with the cooler system. Thank you team for a wonderful stay!

Had a superb stay. Really enjoyed walking the grounds, being introduced to the multiple projects that have transformed bare land to a thriving eco-sensitive habitat. The rooms and facilities (pool, food, games room, library, and lighthouse tower) are a delight. Great hosts Kirti and Anand - thank you for a wonderful time.
