Nainital located at 280 km from Delhi is one of the most picturesque hill stations in India. Hidden away within the foothills of Shivaliks, this beautiful hill villa is located amid pine-covered mountains near tiffin top. The best thing about the location is that it is very near to the mall road but far enough so you can enjoy the serenity of the mountains. It is surrounded by the Ayarpatta Hills on one side which contributes to the amazing chilly weather and pure atmosphere. It is very well built and has a classic home-in-the-hill look and feel with tastefully done interiors. 

There are 3 floors, host family stays on the top floor and the other 2 floors are for the guests. There are 3 spacious state-of-the-art guest rooms; ground floor has 2 rooms with attached washroom, a dining area, pantry and balcony and the lower ground floor has one huge room with dinning area, attached washroom and balcony. There are 2 massive decks where you can spend the afternoons sipping your favorite beverage while basking in the sun. It is ideal for all – couples, friends, family and even solo travellers. There’s a great hike upwards from here towards china peak if you want to go for it. The best part is that there is personal parking space available.

How to Reach

The nearest airport is located at Pantnagar, which lies at a distance of 65 km from Nainital. The nearest railway station is located at a distance of 34 km at Kathgodam. Kathgodam railway station has  good connectivity to important places like Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow and Howrah, with daily trains running to New Delhi. You can hire private taxis from the airport or Railway station. Nainital is well connected by road with Delhi, Haldwani, Dehradun, and Rampur. Regular buses ply from Kathgodam to Nainital.
