The Corbett National Park has the glory to be India’s oldest and most prestigious national park. And Ramngar is the gateway to the park. Located on Dhela Jhirna Road in Ramnagar, this homestay is nestled in middle of the mango and litchi orchards and provides lovely forest view. The homestay is started by a trained and registered forest guide, who realised the there are many luxury resorts and hotels in the area but no decent place to stay for budget travelers., so being a local he opened the doors of his house for them. He stays with his family on the ground floor and there are three spacious well furnished rooms on the first floor for the guests. All rooms have attached bathroom, electric kettle, television and AC. Being a registered nature guide, Vijay, the host can organise jungle safari, nature walk, village walk, rafting etc at reasonable cost.
