The homestay provides absolute solitude and is perfect for reading, writing, painting, photography or longstay. It’s a double storied house with 3 rooms for the guests on the first floor whereas the host family stay on the ground floor. Two guest rooms come with attached bathroom and private kitchen for guests who prefer to stay longer or cook themselves. Third guest rooms is only with a private outside bathroom. A group of 10 can be easily accommodated. The balcony offers a stunning valley view and is a perfect place to relax.

Local Garhwali food is served. Breakfast includes pancakes made from local grains like Millet, Jhora and Mandwa accompanied by homemade pickles, chutney and tea. If you are visiting during May- June, you can enjoy fresh fruits like Apricot, Kaphal and Raspberry. Rhododendron juice is also available in season. Meals include Chapatti made from local grains, rice, local Dal like Gehat and seasonal local vegetable. Do try local Kheer made from Jhora.
