Nestled near the Rishihat Tea Garden, 11 km from Darjeeling in West Bengal, this charming wooden homestay offers breathtaking views of the snow-covered peaks of the majestic Himalayas, including Mt. There are two independent wooden cottages with four bedrooms located in the forest hilltop, with green surrounding and city view. Each cottage has two floors; ground floor has one room with double occupancy and the first floor has one big room with 2 double beds, with an attached bathroom & balcony. The rooms are cozy and spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that let in the natural sunlight & the perfect view of the surroundings. The balcony view offer the fresh mountain air, panoramic vistas, and tranquil environment create an atmosphere of ultimate calm, making it the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and experience the beauty of the Himalayas. In winter, the snowy mountains create a stunning, fairy-tale-like view. Guests can relax and enjoy Darjeeling tea in this peaceful environment.

How to Reach

Darjeeling mono train station is the nearest railway station located at 11km and NJP railway station located at 76 km from the homestay. The nearest airport is Bagdogra airport which is located at 78km. From station or airport take local cab for safe and comfortable journey. Roads is well connected by Siliguri to Darjeeling.

The host offers a variety of delicious homemade local, Nepali, Indian, and Chinese food. In breakfast, guests can enjoy roti or puri with sabzi and pickle. Lunch/Dinner includes a similar spread with roti, rice, dal, sabzi, salad, pickle, and a serving of egg/chicken. The Chinese menu offers options like noodles, momo, chowmein, vegetable soup, and chicken soup. For Nepali cuisine, guests can enjoy thupka, bara, and dal-bhaat. The regional local food focuses solely on chicken dishes.
