High Spirits Farmstay – Dawaipani 

Dawaipani is a quaint Himalayan village only 15 kilometers from Darjeeling. This village is surrounded by some well-known tea estates and lush green pines. This cozy wooden cottage is located in such a way on a hill that it provides unobstructed view of Kanchenjunga range and Darjeeling town. There are 2 guest rooms in the cottage. One is a double occupancy room ideal for the couples and the other has two double beds and is ideal for the groups. Adorned with wooden panels and carpeted floors, both rooms exude a rustic charm. There are attached bathroom with both rooms that are equipped with a western-style toilet and a supply of both hot and cold water. Though not opulent, the facilities are tidy and inviting. Should you reserve both rooms, the entire cottage becomes exclusively yours, accommodating a maximum of six individuals.

This homestay is 16 km from Darjeeling and easily accessible by road. Bagdogra Airport, (73 km) is the nearest airport with frequent flights from all metropolitan cities. The nearest railway station is Siliguri Junction, at 66 km. Cabs are easily available from the airport and railway station for safe and comfortable travel.
