Classic room is ideal for couples, and has a queen-size bed, heritage dressing mirror, and other antique furniture. The superior room has a king-size bed, fireplace, and antique furniture. While the third is a family room with two queen-size beds and a living room with all modern amenities. Each room is adorned with period furnishings and antique accents, meticulously preserved to retain the charm of yesteryears. You can embark on leisurely strolls along forest trails, immersing yourselves in the sights and sounds of the wilderness. This bungalow was built in the early 1900s by the British, and was used as a cantonment area. In the 1980s, the bungalow was purchased by the Lama family, who have restored it to its former glory and converted it into a heritage homestay. Jhangchup Gyaltchen Lama who is born and raised in the hills will greet you with warmth and affection. greets his guest with warmth and affection. Gyaltchen and his staff are extremely friendly, helpful and always at your service to make your stay memorable.
