This homestay has three stories with six spacious rooms; one classic & one family room on the ground floor and three classic rooms & one family room on the first floor. All rooms have attached washrooms. The focal point of rooms are the big windows providing amazing views of Mount Kanchenjunga. This breathtaking view can be enjoyed from four rooms: two are located on the ground floor and two are situated on the first floor. There is a sitting area on the shared balcony.

How to Reach

The nearest railway station is NJP at 122kms from Tadong. The Pakyong Airport is the nearest airport located 97 km from the town. The town can be accessed either by self-driving or a hired cab from Pakyong.

The host provides authentic rich flavors of the Himalayas through the culinary selection of  Nepali & Sikkimese cuisine, that include traditional dishes such as selroti, gundruk, sinki, and churpi, dhero bhaat, millet roti, momo, falay, thukpa, and a variety of other delightful options such as churpi and sisnu dal; complementing this is salad, chutney & papad. Both lunch and dinner can be provided on prior request on paid basis.

Know Your Host

You will be hosted by Deepa Gurung who is the owner of this homestay. She, along with her family, has been running this homestay since 2021. She works in the village level administration office and the family is involved in farming. Guests can enjoy the farm activities. The host lives in the same property and she is there to help you throughout your stay.
